Refurbishment and extension of existing offices and depot.at the M5 Maintenance Depot in Strensham, Worcester.

Works involved turning a maintenance depot and salt storage area into an up-to-date vehicle maintenance hangar with office space and recreational space on the top two floors.

Structural condition surveys were carried out to the existing building and new structural support was required to create new load bearing walls where new rooms were created, and existing walls being removed.

New drainage was provided to not only service the new facility but replace existing drainage due to ongoing maintenance issues experienced throughout the deport.

A new suitable car park layout design was carried out to allow maintenance crew and office staff to safely manoeuvre and park within the depot.
