Grays (Consulting Engineers) Limited provided consulting Civil & Structural Engineering design services in the development and expansion of the existing Purolite Life Sciences site in Bridgend.

This project provided challenges which required value engineering in order to maintain programme as well as meet the needs of the Client.

The Life Sciences site has increased by 6,000 sq ft of Unit C1 on the Llantrisant Business Park. The occupation of C1 follows further expansion of Purolite’s activities into Unit D (15,023 sq ft) in 2015, and Purolite now occupies three facilities adjacent to each other, permitting further investment in the area, securing employment and supporting future development of the business.
