This exciting project is located in Park Hill, Wheatley for Frontier Estates.

This development will bring a 65-bed residential care home over three levels and will provide nursing and dementia care within a purposefully designed small-scale setting.

Extensive areas of open space, including private patios and communal spaces, have been considered and included within the concept design.

One of the key attributes to this development is the social and recreational facilities available to residents, which will include a coffee shop, dining rooms, a hair and nail salon, a gymnasium, activity areas, and small quiet lounges, as well as larger living areas.

External spaces will include car parking, delivery facilities, and associated landscaped areas.

The development will be constructed in brick & block and will comprise timber-trussed roofs with slates.

Work has recently begun onsite with the setting installation of tree protection zones and demolition works on existing, abandoned structures on the site.

The next phase of the works will be the implementation of the Grays designed drainage system and the preparation of the substructure / foundation works.

In addition to the drainage and substructure works will be the construction of a series of low level retaining walls to the perimeter of the lower floor areas.
