The brief was for a new Primary school site on a contaminated brownfield site with numerous constraints.

We were required to provide numerous coordinated detailed designs for the substructure, superstructure and drainage which

were significantly more detailed than would normally be required at planning stage whilst working within a very restricted design brief.

We were able to provide very efficient and robust engineering solutions which was acceptable to all parties involved.
