The development is a new, two-storey medical centre, which is to replace the existing surgery in the centre of Broadway, Worcestershire. The site has several issues which required addressing in the early
stages of the concept development, which include buried archeology of high importance, the close proximity to existing buildings and trees as well as safe access to and from highway routes for both public transport and private travel.

The development includes five GP consulting rooms, two GP registrar rooms, two treatment and minor surgery rooms as well as various rooms for other medical needs. A number of offices and meeting rooms would occupy the first floor. A new 65-space car park has also been included for the site and would also have disabled spaces, electric car charging bays and cycle storage as well as an ambulance bay.
