Briton Ferry Health Centre is a primary health care facility and forms part of the wider Baglan Energy Park which involves the reclamation of over 70 hectares of brownfield land.

The two storey building’s superstructure consists of loadbearing masonry with a suspended beam and block ground floor on mass concrete strip foundations.

Design undertaken to mitigate risk associated with site location within Flood Zone B.

Drainage to private and adoptable standards, incorporating SUDs features including soakaway, swales and an attenuation pond.

Delivered in a wholly BIM collaborative environment.
